  • Custom Orders: For custom or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for production and quality checks before shipping.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 2000, otherwise a flat rate of INR 150. Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of INR 250. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:

    • Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the location and customs processing.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs from delivery. We would require a Video of the package being opened to before considering any claims. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate the issue and, if possible, send a replacement.
